In the upcoming fight between Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler, Dan Hooker has voiced his opinion. At the upcoming UFC 281 on November 12, Chandler and Poirier are scheduled to square off in an eagerly awaited lightweight match.
The former opponent of both fighters, ‘The Hangman,’ was questioned about the fight’s potential outcome during an interview with Submission Radio. The Kiwi fighter acknowledged that it was difficult to predict a winner but noted that Chandler’s aggressive behavior throws opponents off guard.
“The aggression of Michael Chandler is the thing that catches people out…..He’s willingly reckless..that’s the only way I can truly describe it,”

The 32-year-old also praised Dustin Poirier. As he referred to him as “one of the most resilient fighters”. Further saying that it would be very difficult to defeat him in the first round. He gave Poirier even more praise, saying.
“As the fight leads on, he’s very comfortable….he’s been in those positions for a lot of time before.”
Dustin Poirier won’t be eliminated in the first round, according to Hooker. As the fight progresses, “The Hangman” predicts that Chandler will struggle to handle the Louisianan’s pace and toughness.

After defeating Mateusz Gamrot by unanimous decision at UFC 280. Beneil Dariush gave hint about his plans in an interview with Luke Thomas on Morning Kombat. The 33-year-old said he would like to proceed with three potential opponents and is currently on an eight-fight winning streak.
At UFC 281, Dariush is considering a potential matchup with the winner of Dustin Poirier vs. Michael Chandler. He also suggested Rafael Fiziev and Charles Oliviera as two additional names to consider.
