Randolph conveyed, “Ja, you’re like a little brother to me. We’ve all faced challenges. If social media had been as prevalent during my playing days, I would have had my share of issues too. But you’re going to be just fine. It’s part of growing up, and you’re a resilient young man. You’ll bounce back.”

Having personally experienced challenging situations off the court, Randolph understands the process of overcoming adversity and making a comeback. As a revered figure in the history of the Memphis Grizzlies, Randolph has maintained contact with Morant over the summer and holds a strong belief that the star point guard will successfully navigate the challenges he’s facing.

Ja Morant is currently serving a 25-game suspension due to his involvement in a second gun-related video incident. Although he will be away from the team at the start of the next season, the Grizzlies are eagerly anticipating his return and are ready to welcome him back with open arms. As of now, the Grizzlies are gearing up for training camp, looking forward to an exciting upcoming season.
