The Boston Celtics were up against the Los Angeles Lakers in this game. The first thing that set them apart was their home venue of TD Garden, and because of all those failures from previously playing there as well? 130-108 sounds like pretty good odds for any team!
Despite a 12-12 record, the LA Lakers are not one of this season’s disappointments because they still have time to make it into the playoffs. They currently sit in seventh place with four games remaining for them and three teams ahead hold better records than their own; but don’t count out “The Purple & Gold” just yet!
Final Score: Boston Celtics 102 – 117 Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers despite of not being in form has taken the limelight because of their performances. Also with regards to the previous incidents, Laker mates are always in the news and it seemed to be that the team is not focused on the season.

Key Moments
The game was neck-and-neck for the first 25 minutes, with LA only leading by three at 60 to 57. But after a minute into the second half they ignited that 11 point run which turned their six point lead into an 15+ spread!
The Big Three of the Los Angeles Lakers were behind every point in that critical win, led by Russell Westbrook. He scored seven points while LeBron James and Anthony Davis each contributed two apiece; together they powered their team to victory!
The rival Celtics couldn’t stop LeBron and the Lakers in LA.

Westbrook jumpstarted his team’s spurt by assisting Davis on a layup in the paint and then ended it with five straight points. He did this through two free throws as well as making a 3-pointer at one point during that stretch.
The Lakers went on to pull ahead by as many 20 points, and Boston was never able to slice that deficit down into fewer than 10 late in the game.
