Its been 10 years, 15 days and altogether 27 fights after making his commercial debut, Charles got a grip on the vacant lightweight title with a second round stoppage win over Chandler at UFC 262 in May earlier this year.
The triumph extended the young Brazilian’s 9 win streak regarding his record of most finishes in UFC history with 17 as he has 19 UFC victories under his name.
